The SIZE Prozess® model

SIZE Prozess® is an integrated personality and communication model which is easy to understand and is helpful in terms of understanding the personality of an individual.

The model is based on scientific knowledge from the transactional analysis of Eric Bernes and his followers, the bioenergetics of Alexander Lowen and Ron Kurtz and traditional psychological personality concepts.

Up until 2004, the process was developed jointly by Fritz Zehetner and Hannes Sieber; since 2004 the SIZE model was further developed by Fritz Zehetner - together with university professors, manager and consultants - and adapted to business challenges.

The purpose of the model is to determine the self-perception of an individual with regard to their relevant characteristic behavioural tendencies and preferences. It allows for a better understanding of oneself or one's behaviour and the identification of particular strengths, gifts and talents as well as highlighting the needs and stress patterns which determine one's behaviour. Thanks to this model, SIZE Prozess® has been able to develop a simple map of human behavioural and communication patterns. The map can be used quickly without any previous (psychological) knowledge as scientific language is generally avoided (without neglecting the scientific background).

With this model SIZE Prozess® is not simply limited to personality analysis; it also provides helpful suggestions and ideas for personal development with which individual courses of action can be developed.

I system of personality:

Example: Example:

The SIZE Prozess® model distinguishes between six integrated personality types which are encountered on a daily basis. They are distinctive because of their typical characteristics, strengths, talents, needs, communication patterns and stress behaviours.

These personality styles are the result of genetic disposition as well as early influences by the social environment in which a person grew up. Every person holds all six of the personality styles briefly described above. These are seldom visible in their pure form in everyday life. Similarly, different persons favour the same personality style, yet express it in their own unique manner. The way that these styles are manifested depends mostly on the combination of personality styles and the influences of the social environment in which a person lives. SIZE Prozess® analyses of potentials provide you with valuable information in this respect.
