SIZE Prozess® attains an excellent evaluation result

A management course at voestalpine Stahl GmbH in Linz was evaluated in a thesis by Iris Fellner (Johannes Keppler University Linz) in 2003. 

Examples of some of the themes examined are listed below:

• How was the transfer completed in practice? 
  
• How do the participants put into practice the knowledge and experiences that they have acquired?
  

In the overall evaluation result presented in the thesis, SIZE Prozess® is in a leading position in terms of durability, user acceptance and efficiency.

A total of 20 management courses have been conducted to date as part of this successful management development project. 

The SIZE Prozess® potential analyses and the personality and communication model have formed a constituent part of these courses for many years.
