The SIZE Prozess® profiles are also created as 360° self-evaluation and evaluations by others. Depending on the situation, the self-evaluation can be compared with up to six evaluations by others. This may involve individuals or groups of individuals such as supervisors, colleagues, employees, customers or individuals from the private sphere.
