Evaluation basis:
The overall effect of the team and its potential are evaluated by means of a specially created 360° questionnaire.

Purpose:
The overall effect and potential of the team are presented rather than individuals and their positions within their team.

Behavioural patterns which have developed over years can emerge within teams or organisations. They are generally established by key individuals (e.g. company founders) and lead to specific collective decision-making behaviour. 

In this context the profile indicates typical characteristics, work preferences, talents and potential as well as the team's cultural model. This provides a valuable, holistic insight into the effectiveness of the team as a social system.
