This profile helps to make relevant location decisions with references to strengths, talents, personality traits and behavioural models for management forces. 

It gives indications of potential and (unconscious) behavioural, success and possible stress models in the professional roles of management forces and managers.

It helps to integrate thought, feeling and action in contacts and communication with employees. 

Scope of application:

  • Management and leadership development programmes

It is used in order to clarify the initial situation, to determine potential and to create an individual, tailor-made development programmes coupled with possible action.
